Optometrists Helping The Needy

Dear wonderful patients,

Did you know your glasses purchases with us are making both a local and global impact?

With your help, we have been reaching out to our community over the past 10 years by working closely with Klein ISD to provide free eye exams and glasses to children in the Title 1 schools of Klein who otherwise would not be able to afford them. A portion of the profits from all glasses sales in our office goes toward covering the cost of nearly 150 free eye exams to Title 1 Klein ISD students every year as well as either a free or very lost cost pair of glasses. Together, we are helping our local children see their future!

In addition to our local reach, Dr. Way participates in a global mission trip every year with his church, Faithbridge, to provide free eye exams and glasses to other poverty stricken nations in the world. Over the past 7 years, a portion of the profits from your glasses purchases has been able to provide these exams and glasses to many children and adults in countries like Honduras and South Africa.

Thank you for allowing us to care for your eyes, make your glasses for you, and provide for both our community and locations abroad. Not only are you able to receive custom designer glasses from our office, but you are also able to greatly impact students of our beloved Klein ISD and people around the world who would otherwise not have access to the services and products we provide. We look forward to continuing these initiatives and couldn’t do it without you! Our patients truly are incredible!

Best regards,

Dr. David Way
